Damn, I was very shocked when I took a look at the 2009 Forbes’ list. I was surprised to see Hova took the crown back from 50 Cent who made a shocking $150 million last year. Hova was number two with $82 million. I was even more shocked to see that Ye was number three! Above 50 Cent himself. I posted the rest of the list after the jump. I expected Em to be higher on this list.

Hey everybody!!

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve just been busy with exams and whatnot. 

So…I’m guessing a lot of you guys like music. Well how about making music? How about xylophones? Do you like those? Well good..then you’ll enjoy this. 

I don’t know what it’s called but I’ve been playing with it for a good 20 minutes now. All you do is press the squares and make some music!

So, I don’t know how many of you are Twilight fans but if you have given into reading about some middle aged mormons alter-ego fantasy as well as seen the first Twilight movie, you’ll be happy to see this:

I’ll be completely honest with you guys, I did read the Twilight books. BUT, I didn’t see the movie…mostly out of laziness. However, that Taylor Lautner guy (playing Jacob Black) is pretty hot. Plus he turns into a wolf. I could have a hot husband AND a new fur coat. What more could a woman as for?

I thought this would be interesting to post since I can’t find any decent music to post at 11 am. A little bit of history involved in this post. Hip-hop was introduced to the Bronx in New York City in 1970, therefore the games going to be turning 40 years old next year. We can all see how the genre has changed, how styles have changed, how hip-hop has grown into what it is today. So this is a list composed by BallerStatus.com of rappers that are 30+ years old. It’s almost Friday, yay! 

Do you guys remember a few months ago that really funny email about that guy trying to pay off his library fines using a picture of a seven-legged spider?

Well, the guy who wrote that is just in a world full of complaints. Not from the library this time though…from his own  super tenant. Apparently he was mailed a notification from her informing him that theres been a complaint about his “dogs.” Anyways, I’ll let you guys read, cause its pretty funny. Although, I did giggle a little more at the land lords last email.

Hey everybody!!!

K, so I know that yesterday I told you guys that I love The Strokes. But I’m gonna tell you something that I will always love even more than The Strokes no matter what, and that thing is food. Everyone loves food, but I am just insane when it comes to it! I swear I’m a morbidly obese person trapped in the body of a 5 foot tall, 110 pound girl. I could eat and eat all day and night and be happy the whole way through. Unfortunately though, my family cannot financially support those types of eating habits so instead I use this to curb my craving.

It’s called this is why you’re fat. It’s a site devoted to posting disgustingly delicious food that people actually make and eat. I drool every time I go there.

Donut fries with strawberry jelly and vanilla icing to dip. I would devour that!

This premiered on may 26th, and I completely missed it. Dr. Dre’s in this commercial for the soft drink Dr. Pepper, and at about 21 seconds he turns on his song, which is apparently a sample. It’s been stated that “guest appearances from Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Nas, Eminem and 50 Cent, among others, are on tap for Detox.”

Ah snap, this right here is going to make a lot of people happy, and at the same time mad. The die-hard fans from back in the 60’s and 70’s won’t like this one bit. Kids will be sitting down in their living room playing this day and night hoping to reach “Expert”. I’m sort of looking foward to it though, it’s the first time The Beatles will be allowing their music to be used in a video game. Also, the release day for the video game is the same release day for the remastered 45 song discography. I’m excited for that.

You like movies right? I like them. Sometimes. I hate going to the theatre though. On top of the sticky floor, the overpriced food ($10 for a small drink, NOT exaggerating) and the chance of someone’s cellphone ringing at a really important part to the tune of “Soulja Boy” (75% chance) you also have to deal with having to pee at parts that may or may not be really vital to the story line!

So, although I unfortunately can’t help you with the first 3, I can help you with the peeing part…

I don’t know about you guys, but I am a texting junkie. At the end of the month, when I get my phone bill, on average I spend about $1 on using the actual phone part and about $88 on going over my texting plan which includes about 5000 texts already. All in all, I’m in a happy place with this addiction. 

Anyways! I’m not just going on about pointless stuff for no reason…
