New Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack Leaks

with 2 comments

Twilight New Moon Soundtrack

Some of the songs off the upcoming Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack have leaked, and I decided to post two of them, which I personally liked best. One is by The Killers, and the other is by Lykke Li.

They have to go with the movie so they’re not like regular songs from the two. Check ‘em out.

Wale goes hard on this “Bittersweet Symphony” sampled beat. Can’t go wrong with Colin Munroe featured too.

New! Mr Hudson – Time

without comments

Mr Hudson

“Time” is another single to be released off Mr Hudson’s upcoming album Straight No Chaser, scheduled for October 19th. The second I turned this on, I didn’t like it, but a little bit in, it definitely picks up again. A lot of songs have leaked from Straight No Chaser already, with 7 of the 12 tracks out.

Give this a listen if you liked any of Mr Hudson’s previous songs, or if you haven’t heard anything from Kanye’s newest artist yet.

New Chromeo!

without comments

chromeo

I have a serious appreciation for Chromeo’s music. They’re really keeping funk alive, which is rare now a days. Their latest is a little slow, and not the usual up beat stuff. I’m probably still gonna over play it though.

50 Cent - Before I Self Destruct

The album artwork for 50 Cent’s upcoming studio album came out, as seen above, and also has a confirmed release date. November 17th is the day.

Also, Timbaland’s sequel to his 2007 banger album is scheduled for November 24th, which is sick cause it’s only a week apart. Confirmed features are from Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Shakira, Kings of Leon, Miley Cyrus, Daughtry, The Fray, and Paramore. Also:

The first single, described as having a vampire theme reminiscent of Twilight, will feature the super-producer’s new French artist SoShy. It is expected to debut this month.

Can’t wait.

New John Mayer – Who Says

John Mayer

To get into newer music, and into a different genre, John Mayer’s out with a new track for all the teen girls. It’s called “Who Says”, and it’s chorus goes something like..

Who says I can’t get stoned,
Call up a girl I used to know,
Bla bla bla.

Basically it’s about getting high. I was kidding about the teen girls thing, John Mayer’s dope. Off his upcoming album Battle Studies. Click the link.

Kid Cudi – DJ Semtex Interview + 3 New Radio Rips

with one comment

Kid Cudi

Kid Cudi is in the UK right now and had an interview with DJ Semtex, a long time supporter of Cudi’s. During the hour plus interview, the two of them put on several of Cudi’s songs, three of which were new one’s off Man on the Moon: the End of Day. I can’t say I was dissapointed with any of them, they’re all dope. The newer version of “Sky Might Fall” has a bit of extra vocals at the end, and in all has a deeper sound.

Concerning the interview, it’s over an hour. I listened through it and enjoyed it. The two talk about Cudi’s song on Jay’s new album, “Day N Night” hype, do some shout outs, and discuss his rise all in all. Check it out if you have a bit of time on your hands.
